CHICKEN CHOW MEIN

INGREDIENTS

-300g-400g skinless chicken breast (cut into small strips)

-2 tbsp olive oil

-1 packet of TrulyGood Pumpkin Noodles (or 250g of cooked noodles of choice)

-200 g cabbage (thinly sliced)

-100g broccoli (sliced)

-2 large carrots (julienned/grated/thinly sliced)

-3 green onions (thinly sliced)

-2 garlic cloves (crushed)


Chow Mein Sauce

-3 tbsp oyster sauce

-2 tbsp soy sauce

-1 tbsp granulated sugar/honey

-1 tbsp light sesame oil

-125ml chicken stock

-1/2 tbsp corn-starch
