1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained- no need to remove the skins

½ cup tahini

½ teaspoon baking soda

juice of 2 lemons (approx. 75 ml)

1 large garlic clove (minced)

3 tablespoons ice water (or use 45g of ice)- more if needed

½ teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
